The resultant wine displays intense aromas of herbaceous fruit and mint complemented by a cedary oak bouquet and a lingering dry tannin palate.

Following fermentation this wine underwent oak maturation, resulting in a soft and round wine with good length of flavour.

Medium Brick in colour, this Hardys Voyage wine has fresh, plummy, redcurrant and berry fruit aromas with hints of nutmeg, cinnamon and mint with a light oak influence. This is a well balanced, medium bodied wine with good flavour persistence.

This rich Merlot has soft, generous berry , plum and vanillan oak flavours which linger on the finish.

The wine has fantastic colour and typical Barossa Merlot characters. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for a year to add complexity and depth to the wine.

This soft and vibrant wine displays lifted cabernet berry, spice and mint aromas. Ripe blackcurrant flavours are complemented by plummy merlot characters, supple tannins and fine structure.
